Mexico Chapter

About

The Mexico Chapter is a regional network of Chartered Market Technician® (CMT) Program members and candidates dedicated to advancing technical analysis within Mexico's financial industry. This chapter facilitates professional development through local events, educational presentations, and direct support for CMT candidates. It plays a pivotal role in integrating technical analysis into academic curricula and industry practices via partnerships, including the Academic Partner Program. By fostering collaboration among members, regulators, educational institutions, and media, the chapter supports the growth of a disciplined, rules-based investment community aligned with the CMT Association's global mission.

Mission

The Mexico Chapter commits to strengthening the presence and recognition of the Chartered Market Technician® (CMT) Program across Mexico by providing a platform for professional networking, education, and candidate support. We uphold values of rigor, collaboration, and innovation while promoting technical analysis as a career-defining discipline. Through organizing local events, coordinating with academic and regulatory partners, and maintaining governance standards, we ensure consistent member engagement and program integrity. Our goal is to equip market practitioners with time-tested methodologies and foster a mature investment community that contributes meaningfully to Mexico’s financial sector. We operate transparently within Association policies, supporting members and candidates in their professional growth and the advancement of technical analysis nationwide.
