About

The Thailand Chapter serves as the national hub for Chartered Market Technician® (CMT) Association members and candidates within Thailand's financial markets. It facilitates local, in-person professional networking, educational events, and candidate support to promote technical analysis and the CMT Program across the country. By engaging with regulators, financial media, and institutional employers, the Chapter advances recognition of the CMT designation as a professional standard. It also provides governance and leadership for city-level Communities, ensuring consistent member engagement and program delivery nationwide. The Chapter plays a vital role in connecting technical analysis practitioners and supporting the growth of expertise within Thailand's capital markets.

Mission

The mission of the Thailand Chapter is to foster a vibrant, engaged community of technical analysis professionals and candidates throughout Thailand. The Chapter delivers this by organizing national events, educational presentations, and targeted outreach that uphold the highest standards of the Chartered Market Technician® (CMT) Program. It values professional development, community engagement, and market integrity, providing members with trusted forums to exchange knowledge and advance their careers. The Chapter advocates for the CMT designation with regulators and employers to enhance its recognition and impact in the Thai financial landscape. Through leadership, governance, and collaboration with local partners, the Chapter empowers members and candidates to contribute meaningfully to the professionalism and evolution of Thailand's capital markets.
