Saudi Arabia Chapter

About

The Saudi Arabia Chapter serves as the national hub for Chartered Market Technician® (CMT) Association members and candidates within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It connects local professionals through in-person networking events, educational presentations, and targeted support for CMT Program candidates. The Chapter promotes rigorous technical analysis standards tailored to the region’s financial markets while aligning with global best practices. It engages with regulators, financial media, and institutions to advance the recognition and application of technical analysis across Saudi Arabia’s evolving investment landscape. Through governance oversight and coordination of city-level Communities, the Chapter fosters a cohesive and skilled professional community.

Mission

The Saudi Arabia Chapter advances the discipline of technical analysis and the CMT credential within the Kingdom’s financial sector by delivering targeted education, fostering professional networking, and advocating for institutional recognition. We uphold values of rigor, ethical practice, and knowledge-sharing to ensure technical analysis is applied consistently and effectively in local markets. The Chapter supports CMT candidates with resources and study groups, while maintaining governance standards across regional Communities. By engaging with regulators, financial media, and employers, we seek to establish the CMT designation as a key qualification for investment professionals in Saudi Arabia. Our commitment is to build a disciplined, rules-based investment community that contributes to the integrity and sophistication of the Kingdom’s financial industry.
