About

The Vietnam Chapter serves as the national hub for Chartered Market Technician® (CMT) Program members and candidates across Vietnam. It connects professionals engaged in technical analysis within the country's evolving markets through in-person events, educational presentations, and mentorship opportunities. The Chapter supports local candidates by providing resources and study groups aligned with the CMT Program while maintaining governance standards consistent with CMT Association policies. It also advocates for the recognition of technical analysis among regulators, financial media, and institutional employers in Vietnam. By fostering a disciplined and professional community, the Chapter advances the practice and reputation of technical analysis nationally.

The Chapter upholds values of rigor, integrity, and collaboration, ensuring members adhere to ethical practices and a rules-based approach to market analysis. Through consistent governance and active outreach to regulators and media, the Chapter promotes the CMT Program as the recognized national standard. Its efforts enable members to develop expertise, enhance their careers, and contribute to a more informed financial market environment in Vietnam.
