CMT Association committees are standing bodies of charterholders who steward a specific function of the Association — curriculum, ethics, governance, programming, and more. Committee members are appointed based on qualifications and experience.

- Define global strategyEstablish and periodically review the Association's long-term strategic direction and mission to guide all activities and initiatives
- Ensure organizational sustainabilityPromote the long-term vitality of the Association by overseeing resources, growth plans, and succession strategies
- Maintain fiduciary responsibilityOversee financial health and risk management to protect the Association's assets and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards
- Protect Association reputationManage the overall reputation and public trust of the Association through governance, transparency, and stakeholder engagement
- Advance technical analysis disciplineSupport initiatives that promote the global recognition and development of technical analysis as a professional discipline
