Global Black Caucus

The Global Black Caucus serves as a dedicated forum within the CMT Association that supports Black practitioners and allies in the field of technical analysis and the broader financial industry. It focuses on professional advancement, mentorship, and leadership development to foster a more inclusive and equitable community. The caucus develops initiatives addressing career growth, hosts targeted events, and advises the Association on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) matters. By reducing systemic barriers and building a visible pipeline of future Black leaders, the caucus aligns with the Association’s mission to reflect the diverse global markets its members analyze.

The mission of the Global Black Caucus is to champion the professional advancement and inclusion of Black practitioners within technical analysis and finance. The caucus provides a supportive environment for networking, mentorship, and leadership development, ensuring diverse perspectives are represented across the Association. It develops programs and partnerships that address systemic barriers and build a sustainable talent pipeline.
