  • Support chapter chairs
    Offer ongoing assistance and resources to local Chapter Chairs to enhance their effectiveness and leadership within their communities
  • Develop volunteer leadership
    Identify, recruit, and cultivate volunteers to sustain and grow the chapter network through leadership development and engagement opportunities
  • Maintain community cohesion
    Preserve a strong sense of connection and shared purpose within the historical North American market, reinforcing the Association’s roots
  • Ensure quality knowledge sharing
    Promote consistent, high-quality forums and events that facilitate market knowledge exchange and support members’ career advancement
