CMT Association committees are standing bodies of charterholders who steward a specific function of the Association — curriculum, ethics, governance, programming, and more. Committee members are appointed based on qualifications and experience.

- Provide strategic leadershipGuide the development and direction of the extensive network of CMT Association communities across North America to align with overall Association goals
- Foster professional engagementEncourage active participation and collaboration among members to strengthen community involvement and professional connections
- Support chapter chairsOffer ongoing assistance and resources to local Chapter Chairs to enhance their effectiveness and leadership within their communities
- Develop volunteer leadershipIdentify, recruit, and cultivate volunteers to sustain and grow the chapter network through leadership development and engagement opportunities
- Maintain community cohesionPreserve a strong sense of connection and shared purpose within the historical North American market, reinforcing the Association’s roots
- Ensure quality knowledge sharingPromote consistent, high-quality forums and events that facilitate market knowledge exchange and support members’ career advancement
