CMT Association committees are standing bodies of charterholders who steward a specific function of the Association — curriculum, ethics, governance, programming, and more. Committee members are appointed based on qualifications and experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Advise Board on digital strategyProvide strategic guidance to the Board regarding the Association's digital environment to align technology initiatives with organizational goals
- Maintain modern, secure infrastructureEnsure the Association's IT systems are up-to-date, secure, and designed with a digital-first approach to support current and future needs
- Manage IT strategy and governanceOversee the development and implementation of IT policies, data governance frameworks, and cybersecurity protocols to protect assets and information
- Enhance member experience through technologyLeverage technology and data intelligence tools to improve operational efficiency and deliver a seamless, reliable experience for members
- Mitigate digital risksIdentify and address potential risks related to technology and data to ensure continuity and trust in the Association's digital services
