The Singapore Community is a network of technical market professionals based in Singapore, representing a diverse group of CMT Association members, candidates, and affiliates. It focuses on fostering professional development and knowledge sharing tailored to Singapore’s dynamic financial markets. The community facilitates local events and collaborative initiatives that reflect the unique regulatory environment and market practices of Singapore. By connecting members within this regional hub, the community supports the advancement of technical analysis and ethical standards specific to the Asia-Pacific context.

Mission

The mission of the Singapore Community is to cultivate a knowledgeable, ethical, and connected network of technical market professionals within Singapore. We achieve this by organizing targeted educational programs, facilitating collaboration among members, and promoting the value of Chartered Market Technician® (CMT) certification aligned with CMT Association standards. We uphold a commitment to professional integrity, continuous learning, and community engagement, ensuring members have access to relevant resources and peer support. Our efforts aim to strengthen the technical analysis profession locally while contributing to the broader objectives of the CMT Association.

    Employer advocacy — Connect with local employers to advance recognition of the CMT designation and create professional development pathways for charterholders
