The San Diego Community is a network of technical analysts and Chartered Market Technician® (CMT) candidates based in Southern California. This community focuses on advancing technical analysis through localized educational workshops, mentorship, and professional networking. Members include practitioners from diverse sectors, reflecting San Diego's dynamic financial and technology environment. The group collaborates closely with the West US Chapter to align regional initiatives and promote CMT certification and standards. Their activities support the development of technical analysis expertise tailored to the unique market characteristics of Southern California.

Mission

The San Diego Community exists to foster a collaborative and educational environment that supports the professional growth of technical analysts in Southern California. We deliver targeted workshops, seminars, and networking events that enhance members’ technical skills and industry connections. By providing mentorship and facilitating knowledge exchange, we uphold the highest standards of technical analysis practice. We collaborate with the West US Chapter and other regional groups to ensure alignment with broader CMT Association objectives. Our commitment is to advance the discipline locally, increase awareness of the CMT designation, and empower members to achieve professional excellence.
