The Washington D.C. Community is a local network of Chartered Market Technician® (CMT) members and candidates situated in the nation’s capital. This group connects professionals engaged in technical market analysis within a politically and economically significant market, where policy decisions and financial regulations often influence market dynamics. The community organizes educational events, fosters professional networking, and supports the advancement of technical analysis principles tailored to the unique environment of Washington D.C. It operates in collaboration with the North East US Chapter to align regional initiatives and uphold CMT Association standards.

The Washington D.C. Community advances the practice of technical market analysis by delivering targeted educational programming and facilitating meaningful networking opportunities for members and candidates in the region. We uphold the values of integrity, knowledge sharing, and active engagement by organizing events that reflect both market realities and the evolving needs of technical analysts in Washington D.C. Through collaboration with the North East US Chapter, we ensure regional alignment and resource sharing.
