The Dubai Community is a regional network of CMT Association members and candidates focused on advancing technical analysis within the Middle East. This community organizes in-person events, educational talks, and networking opportunities in Dubai, providing direct support to Chartered Market Technician® (CMT) Program candidates. By fostering connections among practitioners, academics, and employers, the group strengthens local awareness and application of rules-based analysis. The community serves as a vital link between the global CMT Association and one of the region's fastest-growing financial markets, supporting professional development and knowledge exchange.

Mission

The Dubai Community commits to delivering high-quality, locally relevant technical analysis education and networking opportunities that align with the standards of the CMT Association. We engage members and candidates through regular events, outreach to universities and employers, and collaborative study groups to promote rigorous application of the CMT Body of Knowledge. Our efforts uphold values of professionalism, inclusivity, and continuous learning, ensuring members have access to current market insights and best practices. By cultivating an active and self-governed volunteer network, we maintain consistent programming and transparent reporting. Ultimately, we aim to position our members as informed leaders in technical analysis across the Middle East, reinforcing the value and recognition of the CMT designation in the region.
