The Cape Town Community is a network of Chartered Market Technician® (CMT) members and candidates based in Cape Town, South Africa. This group focuses on advancing technical analysis within the unique financial landscape of the Cape Town region, which includes a mix of emerging markets and established financial institutions. The community supports professional development through local educational events, mentorship, and networking opportunities. It collaborates closely with the South Africa Chapter to ensure alignment with broader regional initiatives and standards.

The Cape Town Community exists to enhance the understanding and application of technical analysis among CMT members and candidates in the Cape Town area. We provide an inclusive, collaborative environment that fosters professional growth through targeted educational programs, mentorship, and peer engagement. By aligning our efforts with the South Africa Chapter, we ensure our activities support the broader goals of the CMT Association while addressing the specific needs of our local market.
