The Los Angeles Community is a local network of technical analysts and CMT Program candidates within Southern California's diverse financial landscape. It facilitates in-person events, educational presentations, and candidate support to connect professionals across sectors such as asset management and FinTech. This community acts as a regional hub for knowledge exchange, mentorship, and practical application of technical analysis principles. By fostering collaboration and professional development, it supports members in navigating complex markets and advancing their careers within the greater Los Angeles area. Mission

The mission of the Los Angeles Community is to cultivate a dynamic and inclusive local network that advances technical analysis expertise and supports the Chartered Market Technician® (CMT) Program candidates in Southern California. We achieve this by organizing regular educational events, facilitating professional networking, and providing targeted resources that reflect the region's unique market environment. We uphold values of diversity, mentorship, and rigorous application of technical analysis to empower members and candidates alike. Through consistent volunteer leadership and collaboration with local institutions, we aim to raise awareness of technical analysis and foster a culture of continuous learning. Our commitment ensures members gain practical insights, connect meaningfully with peers, and contribute to the broader mission of the CMT Association.
