The Houston Community is a regional group within the CMT Association that connects technical analysis professionals focused on the energy sector and the broader regional economy. It serves as a local hub for in-person networking, specialized educational events, and support for Chartered Market Technician® (CMT) Program candidates. By concentrating on commodities, intermarket analysis, and systematic trading strategies relevant to Houston's industry, the community bridges the energy market with the core principles of the CMT designation. The Houston Community advances the practice of technical analysis by fostering a vibrant local network of professionals engaged in the energy sector and related markets. Our commitment to inclusivity and professional development supports members and CMT Program candidates through study groups, outreach, and resource sharing.
