The Philippines Chapter is the national body representing Chartered Market Technician® (CMT) Association members and candidates within the Philippines. It connects local professionals through in-person networking events, educational talks, and mentorship programs to support the advancement of technical analysis. The Chapter serves as a hub for candidate resources and promotes the CMT designation as the benchmark for market analysis expertise in the country. It also liaises with regulators, financial media, and institutional employers to foster recognition of the CMT credential and uphold professional standards. This Chapter plays a critical role in extending the CMT Association’s mission by cultivating a disciplined, ethical technical analysis community across the Philippines.

The mission of the Philippines Chapter is to strengthen the local technical analysis community by delivering targeted educational programs, fostering professional networking, and providing direct support to Chartered Market Technician® (CMT) Program candidates. The Chapter upholds values of integrity, professional development, and market advocacy, ensuring that members adhere to high standards of practice. Through collaboration with regulators, media, and industry stakeholders, the Chapter promotes the recognition and credibility of the CMT designation nationwide. It operates with transparent governance and consistent leadership to maintain alignment with the CMT Association’s global standards. The Group Experience

CMT Association chapters connect charterholders, candidates, and market practitioners in a shared region. Chapter leaders organize local programming, welcome new members, and represent the Association to nearby markets and schools.

Core Responsibilities

  • Steward the CMT Association mission at
